Post treatment Lyme disease syndrome
Lyme disease is recoverable with a 2-4 week course of antibiotics. However, in some cases, patients experience the symptoms of Lyme disease despite completing the medication course. This state is called (PTLDS) post-treatment Lyme disease syndrome.
